“Once again the Green Labor alliance has guillotined 4 Bills in the Senate this evening and in doing so the business of the Senate descended into a farce,” Senator Abetz said.

- The Veterans’ Affairs Legislation Amendment (Participants in British Nuclear Tests) Bill 2011….and
- The Protection of the Sea (prevention of pollution from Ships) Amendment (Oils in the Antarctic Area) Bill 2011
“These 4 Bills were simply rammed through the Senate without a single word of debate, denying a single minute of scrutiny of the legislation before the Parliament.”
“Once again the Senate and the Australian public have been railroaded by the contemptuous behaviour of Labor and the Greens.”
