Coincidently, on the very day I asked Fair Work Australia what information they have provided workers who believe their take-home pay may have suffered due to the introduction of Labor's Modern Awards, suddenly information addressing this issue miraculously appears on their website."

"Today in Senate estimates I also asked Fair Work Australia President Justice Geoffrey Giudice to address the growing confusion over workers entitlements and conditions."

I asked Justice Giudice if he agreed with Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and Workplace Relations Minister Julia Gillard who promised the Australian people that no worker would be worse off under Labor's new laws."

"Significantly Justice Giudice would not commit himself either way when asked if no Australian workers would be worse off since the introduction of the new laws."
