The Fair Work Commission at Senate Estimates tonight said that the findings against Kimberley Kitching by the Fair Work Commission that her evidence was unreliable and untruthful were very serious and very rare and that the findings against her would be “relevant matters” in the consideration of any right of entry application from her.
